My account is downloading slowly. What can I do?

The first thing we suggest is to max out your connections to your plan’s connection limit. Please check your plan settings, as these connections will vary from plan to plan. Additionally, you can try switching to a different port. The following ports are available for news.xlned.com:

UNENCRYPTED: 80, 119
ENCRYPTED: 563 (SSL), 443 (SSL)
